Community
We’re family-owned and community-focused, and we demonstrate it through action. We support and encourage employees to donate their time and talents by giving them 16 paid hours each year to donate their time locally in the community! From coaching kids to helping them achieve their goals, to jumping into icy waters raising money for Special Olympics, the Core Bank team gives back, and has fun doing it!
Monetary donations, among physical donations, also make an impact in the community. From donating to a favorite local non-profit, buying groceries for a family in need, or pooling stipends with co-workers to support a cause or person on a larger scale, our Core Bank employees are given a $100 stipend each year to use for charitable giving.

Q: WHAT SHOULD I WEAR TO MY INTERVIEW?
A: While your favorite jeans and tennis shoes are comfy, they’re just not right for the interview. Core Bank is a professional environment and business attire is preferred.
Q: WHERE WILL MY INTERVIEW TAKE PLACE?
A: Our location at 17807 Burke Street is usually the place, although we may invite you to experience other locations, too.
Q: WHO WILL I MEET DURING MY INTERVIEW?
A: Most interviews begin with Human Resources, but might also include the hiring manager and other members of the team.
Q: I SUBMITTED AN APPLICATION, WHAT'S NEXT?
A: Once you’ve submitted your application, it will be reviewed by our Human Resources team, and qualified applicants will be invited to begin the interview process. Depending upon the position and a candidate’s qualifications, the interview process may include the following steps:
Telephone interview
In-person interview with Human Resources
In-person interview with hiring manager(s)

A: Those candidates who are selected to move on in each step of our recruiting process will be contacted by phone by Human Resources or the hiring manager.
Q: I SUBMITTED AN APPLICATION, BUT I HAVEN’T HEARD BACK. WHAT’S THE STATUS?
A: Your application will usually be reviewed within 5 business days. If you’re selected as a candidate, we’ll contact you to discuss the next steps in the process.
