What is an ITM?
ITM stands for Interactive Teller Machine. ITMs bridge the gap between online banking and visiting a branch, delivering convenient, efficient and personalized banking. Physically, the machine looks similar to an ATM, but with a video screen and other added technological elements. An ITM still offers the functionality of an ATM where users can simply withdraw cash, view account balances and other basic ATM transactions. You can connect with a live Core Bank virtual experience expert to guide you through your transaction or complete the transaction completely on your behalf.
What can I do at an ITM?
Quick transactions typically performed in a drive-thru can be completed at an ITM, including things like:
- Balance inquiries
- Cash deposits*
- Check deposits*
- Cash withdrawals in denominations of $100, $20, $5 or $1*
- Transfer funds between my eligible depository accounts
- Make loan payments by cash, check, or transfer
*Can only accept or dispense up to 50 bills at once.
How can the Virtual Center assist you through the ITM?
- Issue & mail Cashier’s Checks
- Print forms, statements, or tax documents and mail them to you
- Assist with any banking needs after regular banking center hours
- Authenticate identity if you don’t have your debit card with you

- You can adjust the volume of the machine to a preferred level
- You can alternatively use a handset to communicate
