We’re thrilled to share several new additions on our Commercial Banking team at Core Bank, highlighting the exceptional talent driving our continued growth.
Patrick Coghlan joins as Senior Commercial Relationship Manager
Patrick brings nearly two decades of banking experience, with a strong background in commercial banking, treasury management, and commercial real estate lending. Throughout his career, he has partnered with business owners, real estate investors, and developers to deliver financing and treasury solutions that support growth and long-term success. In addition to his experience as a Commercial Relationship Manager, Patrick has served as a Commercial Treasury Services Officer, helping businesses improve cash flow, streamline operations, and enhance financial performance. His unique expertise across lending and treasury management allows him to provide strategic guidance tailored to each client’s unique needs.
Patrick is also committed to being involved in the community. He is a graduate of Leadership Council Bluffs and currently serves on the City of La Vista Planning Commission. Outside of work, Patrick enjoys spending time with his wife and two daughters, cheering them on in dance and soccer, and following sports – especially college football.
Cade Kudron joins as Commercial Relationship Manager
His 15 years of banking experience include: consumer/retail banking at the branch level, commercial loan document processing, credit analysis, and most recently commercial lending/financing across the C&I industry. Cade deals primarily with commercial real estate, mergers and acquisitions, lines of credit, equipment financing, and other commercial lending needs.
Cade brings a strong track record of maintaining current client relations, building further trust with those relationships, as well as striving to bring new relationships to Core.
A graduate of Nebraska Wesleyan University with a major in Bachelor of Arts and Minor in Business Administration and Accounting, he is passionate about collaborating with all team players, growing through past and future experiences, and giving the best customer service he can to all clients.
Outside the office, he enjoys giving back to the community by volunteering and coaching. Cade has enjoyed a marriage of close to 18 years and has a son and two daughters who are all extremely busy with competitive sports. He also enjoys fishing, golfing, and watching sports for his beloved Cornhuskers and Chicago Bears.
Reid Jurgensmeier joins as Commercial Portfolio Manager
Reid is a graduate of Morningside College with a B.S. in Finance. He brings five years of commercial credit analysis with an emphasis in construction lending over the past two years. With expertise in financial statement analysis, commercial underwriting, risk assessment, and commercial loan review, Reid comes to Core Bank with strong foundation in commercial banking.
In his previous role, Reid led an initiative to streamline the construction draw process, providing an enhanced and more efficient builder and borrower experience for both commercial and residential construction projects.
Outside of work, he enjoys spending quality time with his wife and two sons. He also enjoys spending time outdoors, golfing, and all things sports.
