At Core Bank, community is the driving force behind everything we do. From Omaha to Kansas City, we are committed to helping local organizations thrive, supporting the people who make our cities stronger, and investing in initiatives that uplift our neighbors.
That’s why we’re proud to share our 2025 Impact Report, an editorial reflection of the measurable difference we made together over the past year. You can view the Impact Report digitally or read a physical copy at any of our banking locations.
Building Stronger Communities—Together
In 2025, we partnered with more than 60 local organizations, each doing meaningful work across our cities. Whether through financial contributions, event sponsorships, volunteer time, or grassroots initiatives, our team worked side by side with the people and programs shaping our communities for the better.
This year’s Impact Report highlights the many ways our employees and customers helped create lasting change, including:
- Volunteer Time Off: Every employee receives 16 hours annually to support causes they care about.
- Local Engagement: Team‑led participation in events that strengthen our communities.
- Educational Initiatives: From the Omaha Street School Donation Drive to scholarships, we invest in the success of future leaders.
- Fundraising Events: Including our annual Golf Tournament, Diaper Drive, Polar Plunge, and seasonal Gift Drive.
- Sponsorships: Event sponsorships and one‑time donations that directly support community programs.
- Core Cares Dollars: Each employee gives $100 annually to a nonprofit of their choice, amplifying personal impact.
- Community Impact Awards: Quarterly awards of up to $5,000 to local nonprofits—an amount increasing to $7,500 in 2026.
Altogether, we were able to give over $130,000 back to the community in 2025.
We’re honored to stand alongside the organizations working every day to create opportunities, provide support, and improve lives across Omaha and Kansas City.
Why Banking Local Matters
This is what community banking looks like in action.
When you choose a community bank, your financial partnership does more than support your business—it supports your city.
We believe in contributing both financially and physically. That means not only funding important initiatives but also showing up, volunteering, participating, and building relationships with the people and programs that need us most.
When you bank local, you help make all of this possible.
