Core Bank is committed to advancing our finance and banking technology and we are excited to have launched our newest Interactive Teller Machines (ITMs). ITMs bridge the gap between online banking and visiting a branch, delivering convenient, efficient, and personalized banking. Physically, the machine looks like an ATM, but with a video and other added technological elements.
An ITM still offers the functionality of an ATM where users can simply withdraw cash, view account balances and other basic ATM transactions. You can remain in your car while a Core Bank virtual experience expert guides you through your transaction or they can help complete the transaction completely on your behalf.
Core Bank is committed to ensuring the privacy of our customers’ interactions however they may take place. When it comes to ITMs, we provide you with different options to protect your privacy:
- You can adjust the volume of the machine to a preferred level.
- You can alternatively use headphones to communicate.
- You can type customer verification information privately should we require it.
Currently, Core Bank’s ITMs are located at our Headquarters and at the newest Granite Falls location with virtual hours being Monday–Friday from 7:30am-7:00pm and Saturday from 9:00am-4:00pm. We look forward to serving you with this new option!
