Core Bank is proud to have served our customers for 10 years since the merger of Centennial Bank and Omaha State Bank. The union has created synergy and has expanded the reach and resources of both banks while providing greater operational efficiencies and improved digital banking services and the customer experience. A recent membership with the Banking as a Service Association (Baas Association) signals a new era of innovation, safe banking practices, and elevated customer service for Core Bank’s customers and the financial industry.
Core Bank now has seven locations: five in the Omaha area, an office in Kansas City, and a Loan Production office in Mesa, AZ.
Core Bank’s corporate headquarters building was established about 5 years ago. Along with the partnership of several contractors, Alley Poyner and Kiewit were instrumental in making sure the final product was exactly what we had put years of planning into. Since then, Core Bank has opened its Sarpy County location in Granite Falls near 114th Street and Highway 370 in Papillion. This full-service banking and mortgage center opened September 2022 to provide a quick and simple process for future and current homeowners.
The latest expansion of Core Bank includes the Loan Production Office (LPO) in Arizona. This offers financing solutions for the Aviation and Aerospace industry through a variety of short-term and long-term options for aircraft financing, real estate development, and other alternative financing programs.
Core Bank helps fortify our community through philanthropic outreach and civic service. Our recent Community Impact Awards was awarded to Omaha Home for Boys (OHB), which was gifted $5,000 to purchase curriculum for students at the OHB School. We also held our Second Annual Core Bank Golf Tournament benefiting Humble & Kind.
Core Bank supports and encourages employees (around 145 and hiring a few more!) to donate their time and talents by giving them 16 paid hours each year to volunteer their time locally in the community. From coaching kids to helping them achieve their goals, jumping into icy waters raising money for Special Olympics, and serving meals at the Open Door Mission, the Core Bank team gives back, and has fun doing it!
