The Power of ALL Giving Tuesday Presented by Core Bank

As presenting sponsor of #GivingTuesday402, Core Bank invites your business, family or you personally to join us in giving your all to our community. John Sorrell, president and CEO of Core Bank said, “When it comes to overcoming the challenges of 2020, Core Bank is striving to be so much more than a bank. We are creating a better future for our families and small businesses. Core Bank is all in – with our dollars and with our service – for the good of the Omaha metro.”

SHARE Omaha is proud to organize the metro’s Giving Tuesday campaign to be held December 1, 2020. Marjorie Maas, SHARE Omaha executive director said, “Our Omaha-Council Bluffs metro has experienced a year that has called on non-profits to provide more services than ever before, but at the same time they’ve been hampered by not being able to hold their usual fundraising events. We are lifting up #GivingTuesday402 in the Omaha metro to help these amazing organizations.”

SHARE Omaha, through its unique community platform of giving, for the second year will power efforts to energize people to give together, do together and share together on Giving Tuesday, December 1st. The day is recognized as a global generosity movement which, lead locally by SHARE Omaha will connect non-profit organizations to those who can give financially, who want to volunteer and who can share material goods or services needed by non-profits.

Individuals, businesses, organizations and neighborhoods can all participate. Gifts can be made through SHAREomaha.org and the platform can be used to connect with a non-profit to volunteer or provide needed items. You can also explore organizations needing virtual volunteers, or join co-workers, neighbors and friends to do acts of kindness. SHARE Omaha does not have processing fees of their own however, it uses PayPal to process donations safely and the donor can “tip” the PayPal fees back to the organization.

Visit GivingTuesday402.org or SHAREomaha.org to plan your #GivingTuesday402 generosity or do good through the websites today! Please join us on December 1, as our hearts and hands do all we can for one another.
