Nebraska Mortgage Association Recognizes Core Bank Mortgage Lenders

Core Bank is proud of the mortgage team members (left to right – Joe Drollinger, Georgia Vaughan, Brett Davis, and Brian Dryak) who were recognized by the Nebraska Mortgage Association (NMA) as qualifying members of the organization’s Champions Circle. The award winners were honored at the NMA’s Fall Conference held September 20 at The Younes Conference Center in Kearney, NE.

The NMA’s Champions Circle recognizes and celebrates the service, dedication, and hard work that leading mortgage professionals put into serving their clients during the home loan process. The Champions Circle consists of mortgage originators who meet certain criteria set each year, based on the location/population of the originator. The qualification period for the award was from July 1, 2022, through June 30, 2023.

These Core Bank Mortgage Loan Originators are one of more than 80 individuals statewide to be recognized as a Champions Circle qualifier for the 2022-2023 year.

Joe Drollinger, Mortgage Loan Originator
A mortgage lender since 2001, Joe has experience with many different loan programs. His area of specialty includes VA, FHA, First-Time Buyer programs and Construction Lending. He is nationally registered to serve the mortgage lending needs for clients all over the country.

Georgia Vaughan, Sarpy County Sales Manager
Georgia is a delight to work with and has over 20 years of mortgage experience, including a specialization in VA financing.

Brett Davis, Mortgage Loan Originator
Brett has experience in construction and mortgage loans since 2006. Dedicated to his customers, Brett will provide competitive rates and closing costs with impeccable service. He is passionate about educating borrowers about their mortgage options as well as assisting them in choosing the mortgage product that best suits their financial goals.

Brian Dryak, Mortgage Production Manager
Brian has been in the mortgage industry for over 25 years. He is in a management role of the mortgage loan officers and will gladly originate mortgage loans to help customers reach their home goals.
